Colorado Mountain Weddings - Mountains and Meadows is the premier wedding and event planner for Vail Valley and all Colorado Rocky Mountains.

This service is provided to pre-set your reception site, including meeting the vendors for deliveries, (cake, party rentals, flowers). Set up of place settings, place cards and escort cards, programs, favors, toasting glasses, as well as table décor. One pre-wedding meeting (2 hours) will be arranged to receive all items needed for set up, floor plan, and vendor lists. (A clean up crew is also available for an additional fee).
